Advanced Dog Training Classes

    Series 2: Rise & Shine Advanced Skills Class

    In this series, we add a new set of behaviors to our curriculum. These behaviors are meant to help students better navigate the world around them with their dogs and are particularly useful for dogs who go places in the community with their people (or who hope to one day!) Series 2 includes Levels 4-6. Each level is 4 weeks long and students register for one level at a time (the same way you did for Series 1).

    This class is appropriate for students who have completed Series 1: Behavior Building Blocks, Levels 1-3.

    Students may also have completed the equivalent in private lessons with Woof! San Diego.

    If you’ve taken your foundation training classes at another training school and would like to continue with us, please reach out so we can review the curriculum you’ve completed and help you choose the right class.

    Training Club Class

    Our Training Club Class is a group of students who have completed all of our other class series’ and enjoy continuing their dog’s weekly practice with awesome classmates and new challenges!

    The curriculum changes each month based on the needs of the dogs who are currently enrolled, and each person practices at their dog’s pace. We add new behaviors, strengthen existing behaviors and keeping them fresh, play enrichment games, practice with distractions, and set up scenarios to help your dog continue to progress with their training challenges.

    The class currently includes four sessions per month: two sessions at our training studio, one session at a local restaurant patio (Big Front Door) that’s reserved only for our class, and one community outing at rotating parks.

    We recommend students plan to continue in this class for at least three months, and lots of students decide to continue on for several months or more!
