Dog training should always be fun. During training lessons, you will learn the proper mechanics and procedures to train each behavior. Each day between classes, you will be expected to practice what you have learned. Classes will be a combination of discussion, instruction by the trainer, and hands-on practice by the student, so that you learn theories and skills that will best produce a well-trained doggie companion. You and your dog will learn how to communicate efficiently with one another by creating and building upon a solid foundation of trust.

Only positive reinforcement methods will be used; no force or fear – ever.  Group classes are small, and there is plenty of time for questions and individual attention and cover all appropriate aspects of general curriculums based on the age range or training level the class covers.  Private lessons offer convenience by working in a home environment where your dog is focused and comfortable or by working out in the “real world” to give your dog some added distractions in places you will expect him to behave.
