How To Enroll with Woof! Dog Training

If all your questions are answered, and you are ready to sign up for training sessions, please complete the information form below to enroll in classes or private lessons.  You will also need to sign a Woof! Dog Training Waiver - and email it to Erin in advance, or simply bring it to your first class.

 

 

Payment for classes is handled up front and can be paid by cash, check or credit card on the day of the first session.
